Originally from Phoenix, AZ, Grace has traversed the country and now proudly calls Missoula, MT her home. She holds a BA in Recreation and Environmental Education from Western Washington University, showcasing her commitment to fostering environmental awareness and education.
Grace brings a wealth of experience to her role, having worked as a naturalist, outdoor educator, wilderness trip leader, and special education paraeducator. Her diverse background has allowed her to connect with kids, families, teachers, and coworkers from various backgrounds. Grace holds a Wilderness First Responder certification, emphasizing her dedication to safety in outdoor education.
Passionate about environmental education and youth development, Grace is thrilled to be part of EPI, seeing it as the perfect intersection of these two important aspects. She finds fulfillment in helping youth and teachers embark on life-changing experiences, fostering both education and youth development.
Beyond her professional life, Grace enjoys a range of outdoor recreation activities, immersing herself in books, cuddling with her dog, and participating in events within the vibrant Missoula community. Her commitment to creating meaningful experiences extends beyond the workplace, making her a valuable asset to our team.
