Our Field Experience Coordinators will work with you to:

Find dates that work for your schedule

Recruitment & Enrollment Support
Next, our coordinators will:

Provide online and hardcopy materials to capture student interest

Plan and attend parent meetings, virtually

Handle all paperwork and payment, or create a system that works for you

Once six students are enrolled--or nine for the Galapagos--your course is confirmed
Pre-Departure Prep
Before heading into the field, we will:

Coordinate a call with on-site instructors & staff

Provide packing lists and handbooks to students

Send a pre-departure packet with itineraries, contact info, and t-shirts
