Leslie Dallapiazza, Treasurer

Leslie Dallapiazza is a retired Commercial Banker from First Interstate Bank, located in Missoula. Her journey with EPI began during her tenure at First Interstate Bank, where she served as the organization's banker. EPI's mission resonates deeply with Leslie, as she firmly believes in the power of young people to shape the future of conservation and address climate change. She is inspired by their fearless commitment to environmental activism, knowing that the world they inherit will be shaped by their actions.

With over 35 years of experience in commercial banking, Leslie brings a wealth of expertise to EPI, particularly in financial strategic planning and adherence to financial policies.

Leslie embraces values aligned with Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) and strives to live lightly on the planet while supporting leaders who prioritize science-based climate policies.

Although Leslie has recently joined the EPI board, she is impressed by the intellect, professionalism, and shared passion for EPI's mission among its staff and board members. Together, they aim to inspire youth through nature and empower them with science, nurturing the leaders of tomorrow.
